More than 100 Finnish posters depicting the beautiful land and people ofthe country are on display in the northern province of ThaiNguyen, as part of activities to celebrate the 40 th anniversary ofVietnam-Finland diplomatic ties.
The week-long “100 Years–100Posters” exhibition that opened on June 6 presents 101 posters by 52painters from the beginning of last century, which are a part of theLahti Poster Museum’s collection.
The event, to run until June13, aims to increase mutual understanding between the people of Vietnamand Finland, helping strengthen the friendship between the twocountries as well as between Thai Nguyen province and Finland ’s Salocity.
The exhibition has travelled through several localitiessuch as Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho City in the south, Da NangCity and Thua-Thien Hue province in the central region, Dak Lakprovince in the Central Highlands province of Tay Nguyen , andHai Phong City in the north.-VNA
